is a success. RTS Roofing, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Harold Rosentrater
Sr., Harold (Butch) Rosentrater Jr., and John Swenson. Harold, up
until his recent retirement, had been involved in the roofing industry
for over 40 years. He provided leadership, knowledge and high morals
in his development of the company.
Butch, the current president, has over 25 years
of roofing experience working with the many varied types of roof
systems available today. His ability to
solve difficult roof related problems is unmatched.John has more
than 30 years in the sheet metal industry and vast business experience.
Our goal has always been to install a superior quality roof system
that meets your individual needs. Long term performance is always
expected and manufacturer’s warranties are available with
ranges from 10 to 30 years.
We are committed to conducting business in the highest moral and ethical
standard and would not consider selling or installing a roof system
that we wouldn’t install on our own building. RTS Roofing has
also made the necessary financial contributions and owns a large fleet
of service vehicles, cranes and state of the art installation equipment.
This combination of experience and commitment has made RTS Roofing
the top roofing contractor in the area. We
have currently installed a combined total of over 5 million square
feet of Carlisle EPDM (rubber) and TPO (heat-welded) roofing membranes.
By 2003, RTS had already reached the "Hall of Fame status with Carlisle SynTec, the largest manufacturer of single-ply membrane
in the world. A Carlisle authorized applicator qualifies as a Hall
of Fame member when his/her firm completes at least 250 “Perfect
10” commercial roofing installations. Only 180 Authorized Applicators
nation-wide, have attained the 250 status. This category recognizes
superior workmanship, consistency and continued dedication to perfection.
