Our installations are always inspected by the manufacturer to ensure the quality of your new roof system. RTS Roofing specializes in the installation of Carlisle and Versico single-ply systems (EPDM, TPO, and PVC), Sarnafil PVC single-ply systems, metal retro-fit systems, and shingled roof systems. We specialize in new construction, roof removal/replacement, maintenance and emergency repairs.
Each roof area, large or small, will be treated with the same attention to detail. Not only will we closely examine your existing roof but we will also take into consideration what type of business you conduct inside. Different interior climates often determine what type of roof system should be installed for example; a freezer building’s roof would be designed much differently than a roof on a building containing a swimming pool. The evaluation of your roof’s drainage system, the proper r-value, the possible need for reflective versus non-reflective membranes, high traffic protection, the type of emissions that are exhausted onto your roof, are all factors that we will give careful consideration to when deciding which system will best meet all of your requirements.
RTS Roofing uses only experienced craftsmen that will fabricate and install the numerous sheet metal accessories required to complete your project in a very professional manner. The metal is available in a variety of finishes and colors. Common accessories include; gravel stop, coping cap, drip edge, counterflashing, scuppers, gutter and downspouts. Fabrication is performed on state of the art machinery and completed precisely to your specifications. We use only the best quality metal from some of the following suppliers; ColorKlad, AlumaKlad, Hickman, Metal-Era, Pac-Clad, Una-Clad and others.

From leaks to more extensive maintenance issues RTS Roofing is there to help. We understand that no leak is minor and our maintenance crews are well trained in locating troublesome leaks and fixing the problem before further damage occurs. We also offer complete roof inspections. If major repair or roof replacement is necessary, an RTS estimator will visit your location and prepare a free estimate. In almost all cases, maintenance or replacement can be accomplished with no disruption to your work schedule.
